Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MailAfrica ("the Service"), operated by Camel Creatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailAfrica provides custom-domain email infrastructure, including inbound parsing, outbound sending, hosted inboxes, and related tools (including MCP/API access for programmatic use).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MailAfrica to: send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing content; send content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others; attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions; or use the Service in a way that harms the deliverability reputation of MailAfrica's infrastructure for other users. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Billing and Payment

Fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup, payable via mobile money or other supported payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content you send through MailAfrica. You grant MailAfrica the limited right to process, transmit, and store that content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Service Availability

MailAfrica aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailAfrica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or delivery failures.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. MailAfrica may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at its discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

MailAfrica may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
